    Client onboarding

    We begin by gathering the essential information required to set up your account. This includes company invoicing details, basic candidate contact information, and payroll requirements.

    Contracts and compliance checks

    Contracts are issued and signed. Right to Work (RTW) checks are completed as standard. Where further screening is requested, such as credit checks, references, or DBS, this can be arranged.

    Portal access setup

    Both client and candidate receive secure login credentials for our timesheet portal, powered by leading pay and bill software.

    Timesheet management

    Candidates submit timesheets via the portal. Once approved by you, we manage all submissions with built-in tracking and reminders to ensure nothing is missed.

    Payroll processing and HMRC submission

    Payments are processed in-house weekly, inclusive of all HMRC submissions. Our system ensures full compliance with UK payroll legislation.

    Client billing

    Once payroll is completed, you’ll be billed in line with agreed terms. Transparent reporting ensures easy reconciliation and audit-readiness.

    Ongoing support
