The role

There’s never been a better time to join Arthur, especially within our Contract team. We’re growing at pace and investing heavily in this area, creating an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us and be part of that growth.

You’ll be working a well established desk focused on Finance & Compliance contractors, working with existing clients and long-standing relationships. We’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience, and you’ll be fully supported with structured training, ongoing development, and guidance from a highly experienced team. With a strong foundation already in place, you’ll have the freedom to develop the desk further and put your own stamp on a trusted, well-recognised brand in insurance.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running the full 360 recruitment process within finance & compliance
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and building talent pools
  • Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
  • Helping shape the continued growth within specialism
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
  • Client & candidate in person meetings
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

 

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years experience in recruitment industry or sales/insurance
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
  • Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
  •

An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing actuarial function as a Pricing Lead, overseeing two major lines of business with a combined portfolio of c£2bn GWP. In this highly visible role, you will partner with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple regions, including the London Market. You will take ownership of key pricing initiatives while working closely with both actuarial and non actuarial colleagues, including Underwriters, Regional Heads, Senior Actuarial Leaders, the Head of Pricing, and the Chief Actuary. This position is ideally suited to a qualified Pricing Actuary from either a direct insurance or reinsurance pricing background.
