Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation and enhancement of pricing models across multiple classes of business.
Assist with the ongoing rollout and optimisation of the hx pricing platform.
Partner with underwriters to improve pricing methodologies and support risk selection decisions.
Develop pricing analytics, portfolio monitoring and management information.
Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and pricing adequacy.
Support portfolio optimisation, capital allocation and business planning initiatives.
Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, technology and data teams to deliver pricing transformation projects.
Contribute to pricing governance, model validation and regulatory requirements.
About You
Experience in General Insurance pricing, ideally within the London Market.
Strong technical skills, including Python and SQL.
Experience with hx renew is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in pricing transformation and innovation.
