My client, a household name and highly respected (re)insurance group, is seeking to hire a Capital Modelling Manager to take ownership of the performance of three of its major international entities. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a qualified Capital Actuary (1–4 years PQE) to step into a highly visible role with exceptional exposure to senior actuarial leadership, whilst adding a market-leading organisation to your CV. With a very wide stakeholder base, you will be both a technically and commercially minded qualified actuary, with experience of close collaboration with the Head of Capital, Chief Actuary and CRO. Key Responsibilities ⭐ Own model parameterisation, methodology, validation, and risk insights. ⭐ Lead Internal Model runs across multiple entities. ⭐ Partner across Capital Modelling to deliver best-in-class solutions. ⭐ Enhance model governance, documentation, and regulatory compliance. ⭐ Present key insights to senior actuarial and business stakeholders.

An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing actuarial function as a Pricing Lead, overseeing two major lines of business with a combined portfolio of c£2bn GWP. In this highly visible role, you will partner with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple regions, including the London Market. You will take ownership of key pricing initiatives while working closely with both actuarial and non actuarial colleagues, including Underwriters, Regional Heads, Senior Actuarial Leaders, the Head of Pricing, and the Chief Actuary. This position is ideally suited to a qualified Pricing Actuary from either a direct insurance or reinsurance pricing background. Previous experience in the specific lines of business is not essential. Offering significant exposure to senior decision-makers and strategic portfolio management.
