Arthur are working with Lloyd’s of London insurer to help them expand their internal audit expertise with 2 new permanent hires.

The need has arisen due to an impressive level of growth in the business and a senior auditor joining the firm in 2026 will become part of a successful team in a thriving company.

A Senior Auditor will have the opportunity to work on varied subject matter and really become expert in the risks, regulations and operations of specialty insurance and the Lloyd’s market. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will be supported in your professional development and quickly given the tools to deliver autonomous audit work and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Skills required:
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Prior internal audit, internal controls or external audit experience gained within the wider insurance industry or with insurance clients.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end audit process and the ability to project manage engagements.
  • Excellent communication, especially when dealing with senior stakeholders.
 
This role is based on the City of London with 2-3 days a week in the office. No visa sponsorship is provided by this employer.

Working at the heart of the delegated function, you’ll support the full lifecycle of binders and bordereaux processes, collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations and accurate data flow across the business.
