You will play a key role in ensuring high quality delegated data is delivered across the business while gaining exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and operational processes.
As an Operations Delegated Data Analyst, you will sit within a growing data function focused on bordereaux operations, data quality and process improvement. This is a highly visible role offering the chance to develop your technical knowledge, contribute to operational enhancements and build expertise across delegated authority data management.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting the end to end processing of delegated authority data including risk, premium and claims bordereaux
• Monitoring bordereaux submissions to ensure data is received accurately and within agreed timelines
• Reviewing and validating delegated data against business rules and reporting standards
• Managing data queries and working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
• Assisting with data quality controls, identifying trends and highlighting areas for improvement
• Producing operational MI and reporting to support business performance and service delivery
• Supporting third party provider oversight to ensure service standards and data quality requirements are met
• Contributing to process improvements and standardisation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads
Experience you'll need:
• Experience working with delegated authority data, bordereaux or insurance operations within the London Market
• Understanding of bordereaux processing, validation and reconciliation activities
• Knowledge of delegated authority structures and Lloyd’s reporting requirements
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience using bordereaux management systems would be advantageous

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimising, and maintaining SQL databases and data solutions that support business-critical applications and reporting requirements.
